The Partners With Kids: Parents and Coaches Working Together Program is designed to make sports a more enjoyable and successful experience for The Kids.
Partners is a positive, proactive program bringing coaches and parents together so that our Kids will have a positive, joyful, productive experience in whatever game, activity, or venture being undertaken.
Partners is an "inclusive" program — everyone; Player, Parent, Coach, Game Official, and League Official; belongs in the venture and should function as a strong, contributing member.
The Kids and The Game — This is the core — They're the only things that really count. The rest of the staging and the rest of us are there to make this work out right for The Kids. Let's be sure that whatever we add to "The Kids and The Game" enhances it, makes it better for them.
